Honestly, I didn't have any major challenges, as I already knew all the people I started working with, and I also have secretarial work in my academic background, so I had no difficulty adapting. Thankfully, I’ve always received all the support I needed from my colleagues to carry out my new duties. My only advice to people in a similar situation would be to not be afraid of change and to never feel embarrassed about asking for support or help whenever necessary.

I hope to continue to evolve and grow as a professional, just as I intend to see our “home” grow and expand.

Which one of the Group’s sustainability initiatives have you been most impacted by, and why?

The sustainability initiative that impacts me the most is definitely the support that the IMG Group has given to some of the social causes in our city – support that increases every year, together with the activities for Pink October and the celebration of Women's Day.

What impact would you like the IMG Group to have on your local community?

I would like you to increase your support for social causes in Portalegre, our local community, as this could serve as an example for other entities in the region to do the same.

What is your favourite part about working for the IMG Group, and how would you describe the company’s culture?

My favourite part has been watching and following the constant growth and expansion of this Group, always facing the challenges that sometimes arise. As for our organisational culture, it promotes a balance between work and personal life, as well as fostering camaraderie among colleagues and a good atmosphere among all of us, regardless of the position we each have.
